For this project, one of the largest sporting events in the world meets one of the world’s most recognizable brands. The Final Four has been a staple event for the Coca-Cola company to showcase their entire portfolio of brands. From Powerade, to Coke Zero, and the newer Coke Transformations product - 2023 was an opportunity for the brand to engage with consumers on a massive scale.

Our team was tasked with creating three separate photo ops for the Men’s Final Four in Houston. Working alongside our vendor Sb Experiential out of Charlotte, we created three photo op’s to be active throughout the tournament (Coke Tip Off, Powerade Dunk, and Coke Move).

Coke Tip Off was held within the Coke Ice House at the Final Four Tip Off Tailgate at NRG Stadium in Houston. Consumers would step up, mimic a Tip Off in front of a branded Coke wall, and receive their gif output via email.

Powerade Dunk took place at the Final Four Fan Fest in Houston. Consumers would register for a chance to have their dunk into a foam pit captured in a slow motion output, sent to them via email following the experience

Coke Move was stationed at the March Madness Music Festival - the largest free music festival in North America. Consumers had the chance to create a Tik Tok style dance with a Rosalia overlaid in the output.

Throughout this build I was in charge of managing delivery of all assets to the vendor, relaying and working through vendor and internal creative feedback, and assisting with load in logistics onsite prior to the event.

All three photo ops were a massive success, with thousands of attendees completing each throughout the event weekend.
