For their annual Cleantech Export Week, Export Development Canada partnered with Momentum Worldwide to host four separate events in four different Canadian cities (Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver). Their flagship event in Ottawa was live streamed for over 500 attendees to participate remotely, along with recording the events for them to be hosted on demand following the event.

Our team was responsible for developing the five separate landing pages that were used to send reminder emails and host registration for the events. We used the platform Splash to host the event pages, Zoom integration to host the livestream and chat functionality throughout the event, and Splash was used to host the on demand recordings of the event once the event was complete.

The event was a success, and Splash allowed for a smooth interface for attendees to view in both French and English interpretations, and send and submit questions as desired.
