To promote the ease and accessibility of Verizon 5G Home Internet, Momentum created the “Plug, Play, Win” game to activate at hundreds of events - including Music Festivals, NFL games, LA Comic Con, and hundreds of other events throughout 2022 and 2023, generating over 150,000 registrants.

Through collaboration with MoZeus Worldwide out of Atlanta GA, the “Plug, Play, Win” software was initially designed as an instant-win style game. Consumers would approach the unit, and plug in the router. Once plugged in, promotional messaging would display on the screen and once complete, would reveal their prize. Prizes ranged from water bottles to portable speakers.

To attend and engage with more consumers at even more events in 2023, the “Plug, Play, Win” game was converted into a mobile experience. Consumers would scan a QR code and complete a series of steps to showcase the ease of setting up Verizon 5G home internet. Once finished, they would receive a premium.

From a technical standpoint, my role was to manage the build with our vendor for the physical game, and then manage the entirety of the experience ranging from tracking, setting up events, creating updates and more for over 500 events annually through our in-house "common backend” system designed in conjunction with Studio Labs.

The events operated regularly nearly every night for two years, with updates to the banners and offers featured within the game regularly needing to be implemented along with new terms and conditions provided by our compliance team, depending on the event.
